SITP is a partner of Seiko Electric Co. of Fukuoka, Japan, a member of the Hitachi Group of Companies and Asia Solution Inc. (Japan). SITP works together with partner companies and Japanese nationals to provide IT consultations and services, be it in an English or Japanese environment. We aim to support, however, not only Japanese companies, but other nationalities as well, as they confront common issues in the Asian region (communication with local companies and individuals, different business processes and cultures, etc).
We in SITP are committed to offer the highest standards of service. Our commitment is founded on three basic concepts: One-Stop Shopping, Value-added Integration and Total Service. |
One-Stop Shopping
As we desire to provide as many services as we can to our clients, we endeavor to constantly expand on our line-up of IT products and services in tune with the demands of the changing times and technology. This we achieve through relentless researches, continuous network building and close partnership with the authorized distributors and agents of only the proven and respected brands in the market today.
With the ever-increasing demand for IT products and services, we are committed to provide our clients nothing but the best solutions with qualities and standards at par, even in the international arena.
Value-Added Integration
The strong after-sales provided by our business partners is further complemented by our team of professionals with each member possessing the required expertise in various IT fields.
To ensure a methodical and efficient deployment of services, we utilize a five-(5)-phase approach in implementing systems, whether these are customized or packaged. This methodology outlines all the tasks necessary from the point of creating project teams and identifying important factors up to developing and implementing solutions.
Total Service
Our services doesn't stop from the time we closed a sale and delivered the item. In fact, we even consider this as just the starting point. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that the products and services that we provide are up and running and always in tip-top condition. We assure prompt accessibility for services, provide systems with complete back-ups, conduct periodic visits and check-up, provide maintenance services and other forms of assistance. |
Vision and Business Objectives:
- To contribute to the advancement of the Asian region by working to bridge information technology gaps among countries within the Asia Pacific rim.
- To play a supporting role in resolving and mitigating the various concerns that our customers face by fully utilizing information technologies that are appropriate to the business climates of Japan and Asia.
