SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Additional duties:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Above-average interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Has significant information technology (IT) background; knowledge of IT products (hardware) and services (programs, software)

  • Significant experience in sales and marketing—a must.

  • Always carries a positive outlook, persistent in pursuing opportunities, and professional in his/her dealings with clients.

  • Answer sales inquiry

  • Draft proposals/ quotations

  • Update/ maintain client data base

  • Communicate/ coordinate closely with existing and prospective clients in promoting products and services, and in following up proposals

  • Process invoices and other documentation relative to sales transactions

  • Source from/ coordinate with IT suppliers/ distributors for IT equipment/ hardware and other products

  • Assist in market survey, research and other marketing activities, such as conduct of product/service seminars for the company

 
  • Coordinate closely with accounting/ administration department regarding processing/preparation of all billings and invoices to clients.

APPLICATION ENGINEERS

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, B.S. Mathematics and other related field of discipline.

  • Must be very resourceful

  • Very open –minded with new technology or programming concept that is dictated by the evolving IT industry.

  • Must be detailed and quality oriented

  • Can work with minimum supervision

  • Must be a good team player

 
  • Knowledgeable in 2 of the following development languages:

    • Visual Basic 6,Visual Basic .Net

    • Ruby On Rails

    • Java

    • ASP,ASP.NET

    • C,C++

  • With excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good programming logic and very open to other programming languages and technologies

  • With background on logistics or harbour related application and B2B concepts

 
  • Create program based on supervisor’s instruction and/or detailed program specification

  • Analyse application problems; distinguish the source of the problem from source code errors or incompatibility with the operating system/ other application; and must be very resourceful in looking for an appropriate solution.

  • Meet project deadlines.

TPiCS/MANUFACTURING RESOURCE PLANNING(MRPII) CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

  • Must possess strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction and knowledge transfer to teammates

  • Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented and can work with a team under minimal supervision

  • Applicants must be willing to travel

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center

 
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Operating System, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Excel

  • With excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Basic skills on networking

  • Knowledge on ERP software is a plus

 
  • Train users/operators of TPICS Systems

  • Working directly with end users and business clients to ensure that all requirements are met and understood

  • You will be expected to help the customers troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide superior customer service for general inquires
